Do you need an exchange or a return?
We are well aware that shopping for clothing online can be a challenge when it comes to sizing and fitting. It is therefore to simplify your task that we put a table of sizes at your disposal on our online store. We hope you will love our products designed with all our love and that they will look great on you… because you deserve to look beautiful!
What is a return?
This is an item that you are returning to us because you are not satisfied with it. Regarding returns, you have 15 days after purchase to return a product that has not been worn or washed and still has the labels in place. The product must be in good condition as when received. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the initial delivery costs (if applicable) are not refunded. To make a return, it's very simple! Here's how:
In Canada and abroad
You can click here to access our self-service return page via your client account or:
- Send us an email with Return in the subject line to activate the simple procedure at email@example.com Please provide these following information in your email ( order number, personal information and the items that you are returning). Also, please provide the reason why you decided to return your items to help us improve our line of products going forward!
- Put all the items (respecting the conditions mentioned above) to be returned in the original bag if possible (we avoid unnecessary waste!). Please ensure to remove (or cover) the old label off the original bag.
- Don't forget to include the return form so it can be easily identified!
- Mail the parcel with a new label to the address indicated on the form
**Please choose a delivery person who uses a tracking number to prevent your package from being lost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
And for a exchange?
It is currently impossible to request an exchange via our online store. If ever you wish to exchange a product, you only need to follow the Return procedure and place a new order on our website. The shipping fees for the return of the article(s) will be at your expense.
All of our sale items are final sale and will not be refunded nor exchanged.
We are extremely demanding and perfectionist when it comes to the quality of our products, but an unnoticed manufacturing defect is still possible. If so, let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org by sending us a photo of the defect within the following 10 days upon reception of your order (above this 10 days window your reclamation will be refused) and we promise to replace your product as soon as possible.
